I’m proud to share that I received the International Prize Raffaello & Canova — one of Venice’s most prestigious art awards.
The ceremony took place on December 12, 2020, at the historic Scuola Grande di San Teodoro, with collectors, journalists, politicians, and art lovers in attendance. This honor celebrates artists who stand out for their creativity and artistic style.
Curated by Salvatore Russo and Dr. Francesco Saverio Russo, the prize recognizes leading contemporary artists from around the world. I’m truly grateful to both curators for this recognition and their support of the global art community.
🖼️ As part of this honor, my mixed media artwork “Cleopatra” (2017) was published in both the official Raffaello & Canova Prize catalog and the November–December 2020 issue of Art International Contemporary Magazine, highlighting its symbolic depth and classical inspiration.
This award is a meaningful milestone in my journey — a celebration of how classical themes continue to shape modern creativity.
